REFUND POLICY

Our Reservation Refund Policy Is As Follows

We are happy to have you with us and Great Family Getaways!

We have a very simple but strict refund policy.

Once your booking is reserved, you are entitled to a refund based on the below schedule.

Full refunds – Will only be granted 14 days before the reserved date.

Partial/Half Refunds: Are allowed between 3rd-14th days before the arrival date.

No Refunds will be granted: For anyone 3 days or less before arrival date.

Please note you are fully responsible for any damaged or broken items. You are also required to pay a cleaning fee as part of your reservation, and this is included upon checkout.
